How can I return a product?

We do everything in our power to fulfill your order to your satisfaction. If you nevertheless want to cancel your purchase, you can do so within the legally determined period of 14 days after receipt of the order without stating reasons. This period starts on the day after the package has been received by or on behalf of you. Do you want to return a product? Make sure you include the original packing slip or a note with your contact information in the package so that we know to whom we can refund the purchase costs. 

What to send back?

Make sure that the products you ordered are clean and complete in the original packaging. Don’t forget the TDS meter. Unopened filters in their seal may also be returned. You can add the original packing slip or a note with your order number so that we can find your order and process your return faster. If the product breaks during the return, we may charge extra for this. We will deduct missing parts from your order amount.

Open filters

If you’ve already opened a filter, it doesn’t need to be returned. For hygienic reasons, we are not allowed to take them back and reuse them. For every opened filter (even if it came with a jug), we will deduct EUR 10 from your order amount.


When you return a product, we will refund the full purchase amount if the product is unused. This will be done within 14 days of receipt of the return. Please note that the costs for returning the opened product(s) are for your own account. 

Exchange of products

Of course it is possible to exchange a product. Please note that the above return conditions also apply. We will send the item for which you want to exchange the return within 5 days after receipt of the return.
